Favorite Children's Books to Read During the Holidays

Colder weather is the perfect time for snuggling up with your little one and reading a book under a Tula Blanket. The winter season has a lot of great stories associated with it, so we thought we would share our own favorite winter-themed or holiday books. Add these stories to your winter evenings and create a holiday tradition with your family: 

the mitten book 

The Mitten by Jan Brett is an imaginative and silly story that will give you instant cozy feelings. 

The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats is a classic story following a curious boy playing in the snow.  

When Santa Was a Baby by Linda Bailey is a more recent storybook with adorable illustrations and a silly spin on the story of Santa.  

Mice Skating by Annie Silvestro is a newer story about a brave and bold mouse who loves winter! 

'Twas Nochebuena by Roseanne Greenfield Thong blends English and Spanish while telling the story of Christmas Eve traditions in a Latino household.
