Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Baby Tula. We strive to offer the highest quality products for caregivers and their babies. If you are experiencing difficulty using your Baby Tula product or have questions, please contact us prior to returning so we can assist you by emailing help@babytula.com

General Policies

  • A valid proof of purchase from Baby Tula is necessary for all returns and warranty claims.
  • Please submit returns through our return portal found here.
  • Any item that is a counterfeit, has been altered, or purchased secondhand will not be accepted for return or warranty claim.
  • No cancellations or changes can be made to orders. Before placing your order, please double-check your purchase and shipping address. Once an order has been placed, we unable to modify or cancel.
  • Please contact our Customer Care team at help@babytula.com with any questions about your order.

 

Shipping

For a limited time we are offering FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 within Australia! Orders under $100 will have a $12.99 shipping charge. Please understand that shipping charges do not include the customs/duties, taxes or VAT charged by your local government. We are unable to determine these costs ahead of time therefore the payment of those fees are the customers responsibility.

Shipping times:

  • Shipping takes approximately 10 business days. (Plus fulfillment time: total delivery time of approximately up to 17 business days.)
  • Due to high demand fulfillment is approximately up to 5 business days.
  • Some items within your order may ship separately.
  • We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the address on the order.

Baby Tula is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third party companies, for governmental or customs-related delays, or for delays caused by weather, air traffic delays, transit delays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

 

Cancellations

No cancellations or changes can be made to orders. Before placing your order, please be sure to double-check your purchase items and shipping address. Once the order is placed, we are not able to modify or cancel the order.

If you require assistance with an order, please reach out to our Care Specialists at help@babytula.com. Our Customer Care hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am PST to 4:30 pm PST. Due to high volume, our response time may take up to 2 business days. 

Please note that Baby Tula reserves the right to cancel any order, upon notice to you. Any order canceled by Baby Tula will not be shipped and will be fully refunded.

 

Returns Policy

All Carriers and Ring Slings

Returns and Exchanges within 30 days: You may return all carriers and ring slings, in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Purchase must be made from Baby Tula directly.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with any return.

Blankets

New unused blankets that are purchased through Baby Tula may be returned for a full refund, if returned in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipment and handling costs.

Accessories

You may return all accessories, in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The customer will be responsible return shipment and handling costs. (Accessories include, but are not limited to, Infant Inserts, Replacement Parts, Seat Extenders, Tula Mini, and Hip Pouches).

Warranty

General Warranty Policies:

  • A valid proof of purchase from Baby Tula is necessary for all warranty claims.
  • Any item that is a counterfeit, has been altered, or purchased secondhand will not be accepted for warranty.

Our products are handmade and may have slight variations in appearance or otherwise that do not affect their use or safety.  Normal wear and tear, fabric fading, minor size differences, wrap nubs or flaws, and sewing varieties are common and can be expected to occur. In the rare instance in which there is a legitimate manufacturing issue or flaw, we will work with you to provide you with a comparable exchange.

Failure to adhere to the suggested washing instructions may result in damage to the product, which can compromise its performance, functionality, or integrity. If a customer does not follow the washing instructions provided by the manufacturer, it may void the warranty for the affected product. Team Tula reserves the sole right to confirm the cause of damage by way of inspection of the item.

Limited One-Year Warranty

The following Baby Tula products have a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing flaws: Explore Carriers, Tula Lite Carriers, Free-to-Grow Carriers, Standard Carriers, Toddler Carriers, Preschool Carriers, Ring Slings, and Signature Carriers. 

Limited 30-Day Warranty

The following Baby Tula products have a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing flaws: Tula Blankets, Infant Inserts, Seat Extenders, Tula Mini Toy Carriers, Hip Pouches, Accessories and Replacement Hoods.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, you are required to send an email to our Customer Care Specialists at help@babytula.com with all of the following information: (1) order number; (2) date of purchase; (3) product name; (3) SKU/item number; (4) description of the issue.  In addition, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.  Once our Customer Care Specialists have reviewed your claim, they will issue a determination via email.

We are not responsible for warranty coverage for products not specifically listed above or for incomplete or late warranty claims.
