Great for the diaper bag!

"I initially didn't get this carrier because I had a preemie so I went with a ring sling instead, but I picked it up for a Mother's Day present for myself and am glad I did. I love babywearing but the carriers are so big and bulky that it makes it difficult. This one fits perfectly in a diaper bag and is also very lightweight for the summer."

The straps are a little awkward

"I was so excited for this carrier but I have to have a second person help me in it to get everything adjusted and the straps wrapped up. It’s ok but not my favorite. I was hoping for something by easier to adjust."

Excellent lightweight structured carrier

"This is a great packable structured carrier. I have SO many carriers but as my baby gets bigger the wrap style and ring slings that tend to be more packable aren’t giving us the support I need. I got this because I’ll be traveling solo with her in a couple of weeks but I’m already using it a lot around town etc. it’s also very comfortable and she falls asleep and stays asleep in it which is another bonus!"

"Over 5 kids, I have run 2 Tula exclusive groups and another baby wearing group. I’ve always been a huge fan. I’ve owned over 50 Tula carriers and loved them all. Now, my youngest is twelve and my 2 & 4 year old granddaughters love my classic Glow Nebula. I recently had 2 new grandsons and decided to try the Tula light with them and I am pleasantly surprised to say this was a new favorite! The way it folds into a convenient waist bag- brilliant!!! Hello Karina, The Lite Carrier is for front facing inward or back facing inward positions only. It can not be used to face forward. Both our US and AU sites will ship to NZ!
Can this be used in front facing to?
The Tula Lite can be worn on your front and your back. This carrier is not designed to be used in an outward-facing carry position. The Explore carrier is the only Tula carrier that allows and outward-facing position.
Can this fit a plus size woman? I’m roughly a 2-3x in clothing
We strive to be size-inclusive, and our carriers are designed to fit most wearers from petite to plus size. The waistbands on our carriers range from 57 to 61 inches. How diff is this vs the explore?
Our **Explore Carrier** is our only carrier that allows you to use it in an ergonomic _front-facing_ position. It can be used from 7 - 45 pounds without the use of an infant insert. The Explore Baby Carrier allows you to front carry your baby in the facing out position when your baby is between 13 - 22 lb, has strong head and neck control, and is tall enough to have their face fully clear the top of the body panel while being seated in the carrier. The **Tula Lite** is a more compact carrier, designed to focus on the essential elements at a more accessible price point. Made of durable ripstop material, this lightweight carrier is streamlined and supportive for on-the-go babywearing. This carrier can be worn on the front with baby facing inward and on your back when your child is between 12 - 30 pounds. This carrier is not designed to be used with an infant insert and typically begins fitting between 4 - 5 months, depending on baby's height and weight.
