Great for travel

"This carrier saved us while traveling via plane and was the only one our 10 pound 10 week old. She fit in it safely and comfortably. But was also comfortable for me to wear. We tried 4 other carriers before the Tula free to grow and couldn’t get an appropriate fit in any of them. The Tula my baby was visibly comfortable and slept peacefully. Additionally I am able to put the Tula on and off by myself by putting it on like a shirt overhead, that was an important feature to me while I was traveling with another adult, I like not having to rely on assistance to baby wear"

A pretty little win!

"I love it. My daughter simply would not tolerate the ergobaby or the konny at all. She allows us to use this one, I think bc she is still able to look around, she can turn her head freely in this one. She falls asleep in this when my husband carries her. Works like a charm. "I’m in love with it. Everything about it is amazing. I saved up for quite a while to pull the trigger on this. I’ve been baby wearing for 7 years and this is the nicest carrier I have used. To say I’m blessed is an understatement- it hasn’t been easy to save up for this carrier, lots of harsh curveballs in life. I recently suffered from infant loss and this was the carrier that I was supposed to get with my baby before he passed. But it never happened, it was hard to grieve through this and accept that a new baby will be in it. I’ve been healing, and this carrier has help me so much in the last 3 days. Q&A

Can I order a replacement hood for this one?
Due to the limited nature of our woven Signature carriers, we do not carry Signature replacement hoods. We do, however, carry a small number of Free to Grow replacement hoods here on the website.
Can shrinking occur after washing?
We have not experienced shrinkage when items are washed per our Care instructions found here on the website.
Can you front face with this?
The Free-to-Grow Carrier is designed to be worn from 7 - 45 pounds with your little one on the front, facing inward; and on the back. The Free-to-Grow is not designed to be used with baby in an outward-facing position. The Baby Tula Explore carrier is the only Tula carrier that allows and outward-facing carry.
