Order not shipped out
"I purchased this item on 29 December, and to date it has not been shipped. A customer service officer informed me that their warehouse is closed for annual inventory and that they “did post a notice about the delay at checkout. ” There was no such notice. I checked the website myself and saw that it has since been updated with a banner stating that all orders submitted after 29 December will be shipped on the 6th. My order was placed on the 29th, not after. This is incredibly frustrating, as I am shipping the item to my hotel in London and have no certainty that it will arrive before I check out on the 12th."

Good quality but hard to put on
"I loved the quality of this carrier but it was very difficult for me to clip behind my back myself while keeping my baby secure. The should straps also kept sliding off my shoulders, no matter how I attempted adjusting the fit. Ultimately I unfortunately decided to return for these reasons despite the quality. My son did seem to like it and be comfortable when we would get situated for a bit."

Q&A
- When will the Linen Free-to-Grow Baby Carrier in Sand be restocked?
- We expect the Linen Free to Grow carrier to be restocked by the end of April.
- Is the new logo on all colourways?
- All New Prints and colors launching from March 2023 and on will come with this new logo on the product, and you’ll see that reflected in the photography of those prints as well. For our existing prints and colors, the products will transition from the old to the new logo over time. Once we sell through the existing inventory of the orange logo products, we will transition to the new logo. The default product photos on our website will reflect which logo the carrier you order will come with and when each carrier transitions to the new color, the main product image on the website will be updated to reflect this. Unfortunately, we cannot honor any requests for a specific logo on your order.
- Does this come with a head cover - something to drape over the baby's head when they are sleeping to block out light, provide more support for little babies, etc.?
- All of our Tula carriers come with a sleep/sun hood, including the Sand - Linen Free-to-Grow Baby Carrier.
- Can my wife breast feed in this?
- All of our carriers are nursing-friendly. :)
- Can the shoulder straps be crossed in the back?
- Unfortunately, none of our buckle carriers allow crossable straps. The shoulder straps are sewn directly into the carrier and do not feature a detachable buckle component necessary for that function.
